Three Exciting Divisions:
🥊 Elite Full Contact Kumite – Gloved Fighting in the most exciting format. This division allows striking to all areas of the body; head, torso, arms, legs. Participants wear protective equipment; headgear, gloves, shin-instep protectors, mouthpiece, groin cup. Juniors must wear body protectors. Female athletes may choose to wear a body protector.
🥊 Light Contact Kumite – Gloved Fighting.
This division allows striking to all areas of the body; head, torso, arms, legs. Participants wear protective equipment; headgear, gloves, shin-instep protectors, mouthpiece, groin cup.
Juniors must wear body protectors.
Female athletes may choose to wear a body protector.
👊 Knockdown Kumite – Bare Fisted Full Contact Fighting – This division allows striking to the torso, arms, and legs. Kicks are allowed to the head but no hand contact to the head. Participants do not wear protective equipment except mouthpiece and groin cup.
